Turkeyham is a particular cut of meat you get from a turkey. Very much like a pig will give you pork, bacon etc and a cow will give you fillet, sirloin, topside etc. Its so called cause it looks very much like ham.

It doesnt answer your question but:

Quote

Turkey is often found as a processed meat. It can be smoked and as such is sometimes sold as turkey ham. Twisted helices of turkey meat sold as turkey twizzlers came to prominence in the UK in 2004 when chef Jamie Oliver campaigned to have them and similar foods removed from school dinners.

'Silage' is made from grass which has either been placed in a silage 'clamp' or bigbaled and then wrapped.

Clamped silage

Posted Image

its then rolled to remove as much air as possible out of the clamp

Posted Image

then its sheeted down to protect it until its used to feed the cattle in the winter

Posted Image

Baled silage

baled by a square baler and then wrapped. It finishes up like this
